Apply Pressure Load to 2D Area Edge

I am a new SAP2000 user, and I am trying to apply a pressure (hydrostatic) load to an edge of a 2D area. I have a 2D area object defined representing a dam cross-section. How do I apply loads other than point loads to the edges?

Draw frames property NONE along the area edge from joint to joint and assign distributed load to NONE propery frames.

Another possibility that I haven't tested would be to assign Area loads as "Uniform to frame" using 1-way load distribution.. this option may work also
