ANSI- A58.1-1982 Load Combinations (For Chicago) 1

I have a job in chicago - first one actually in the city, and as they have their own very outdated code, they reference ANSI- A58.1-1982 for minimum design loads. Now, Chicago gives me the wind pressure in their building code, but what I am looking for are the load combinations. Nor sure if similar or different t 7-05.

Can anyone help? I only need combinations pertaining to wind and dead.

From A58.1-1982:
ASD combinations:
D
D + L +(Lr or S or R)
D + (W or E)
D + L + (Lr or S or R) + (W or E)

Load Combination Factors
0.75 for combinations including, in addition to D:
L + (Lr or S or R) + (W or E)
L + (Lr or S or R) + T
(W or E ) + T

0.66 for combinations including, in addition to D:
L + (Lr or S or R) + (W or E) + T

13-52-300
(c) Combined Stresses. For combined working stresses due to dead, live and wind loads, the allowable working stresses in material may be increased one-third, provided the section thus determined is at least as strong as that required for dead and live load alone except that this increase in stresses shall not be permitted for structures as given in Section 13-52-310(f), signs, tanks, towers and chimneys.
