ASCE 41-17 Deformation vs Force Controlled Component for Concrete Moment Frames

After much more comprehensive reading I found that deformation controlled component only for members that mentioned in the acceptance criteria table. Other than that, component should be defined as force controlled. Please, correct me if I'm wrong.
