Agtek Earthwork 3D and Numonics Accugrid Problems

We are currently running two Earthwork 3D's, one on a Numonics Accugrid tablet and one on a Gtco tablet. No problems at all on the Gtco, but we can't use the digitizer on the Numonics board. We reconfigured the digitizer and have the #’s working okay, but we are having a problem with the enter and/or primary click key and the snap key. It is impossible to use the Numonics digitizer at all. Anybody else have that problem or similar problems running a Numonics board with Earthwork 3D? Agtek tech support says they’re not sure and Numonics should be able to help and vise versa.

I can't even get the numbers to work.
Did you ever get this resolved?
Please let me know how.
