Does anyone know if Microstation SE can create an Adobe .pdf file? If so, how? Any help would br greatly appreciated.

I don't think it can by itself. We have iplot printing software which we use to print from Microstation dgns. Using the interplot organizer, which is part of this printing system, you can create pdfs.
