ASME UHX vs TEMA in Heat Exchanger design. 2

I am trying to understand what are the problems with these new addenda UHX in the design of heat exchangers.
Are there problems with TEMA and ASME…?
Where can I find some information regarding this issue? It will be highly appreciated any caryfications or suggestions for website, etc.
