Amada FOM-4222 Laser Gas Pressure Alarm

(OP)
Good morning, it's too early to call Amada so I thought I'd ask here first.

So i do the same procedure everymorning wityh switching on the machine. This morning I turn the laser key on, and after about 5 seconds, The laser gas pressure alarm comes up.
Now before anyone asks, Yes there is some in the bottle. Any ideas? There is no alarm code to cross reference to in the books.

Waiting to give them a call around 8 when they get to work..

RE: Amada FOM-4222 Laser Gas Pressure Alarm

You may have to try start it again so when the laser gas pressure alarm comes on you have to check a few things. It sounds like one of your fans on the power supplies or matching box is bad so when the alarm comes on pull the main panel and look for an alarm. You also need to pull the panels and check your fans because one might be locked up or spinning slow so spin them by hand.

RE: Amada FOM-4222 Laser Gas Pressure Alarm

Do not reset the alarm because the red light on the bad power supply will disappear when you clear the alarm.

Did you get the problem fixed.

I did eventually thanks.
Turns out to be a dodgy bottle of laser gas.
The mixtures must have been wrong that we received.
