Hi everyone, i have an issue with my laser machine. Always worked well but suddenly started acting strange. I can't move manually the axes, can't take zero axes, doesn't respond to my command.
Also the emergency led is on but i have no message on the screen. Thanks.
If someone has more experience on this, pls help me

Have you tried contacting Amada to get their assistance?

I think one of the axis has gone too far.

In manual mode, Press the "over travel release". Most of the time its a T with a circle around it. Press and hold this button, and press X Y or Z buttons to move the axis to the middle of the stroke.

You should be ok after that. If not, you may have an Emergency stop button pressed somewhere.

I agree with laserninja, I've had this happen to me and had to hold down override to get it to move. also, I will add that after work was done to our laser; while resetting parameters I've had it move so far out that even override wouldn't work. in this case, I simply pushed the axis' out manually while the machine was off. then once I turned it on, I was able to move and origin.

I run an Amada LC1212 Alpha II, hope this helps.
