Hi everyone,

I’m using a YiHai 3000W fiber laser to cut stainless steel cylinders, but struggling with precision. The curved surface causes inconsistent focus, and I’m worried about collisions if the rotary axis misaligns mid-cut. Do seasoned users have tips for calibrating fixtures, adjusting feed rates, or using YiHai Laser collision-detection sensors effectively? How do you secure cylindrical workpieces to avoid shifts? I want to maximize the machine’s accuracy without risking damage. Your insights would be invaluable!

Thanks,
Bluces
