I installed C++ express and intel fortran 9.1 and linked them togater, sat the path and lib parameters and tried to the run the subroutine. however, the warning says that the umat I was using may be made in another version and I get error. It is imposibble because I get the inp. file and *.for file fron the help files of the abaqus version I am using.

Please see the following error. thx

Begin Linking ABAQUS/Standard User Subroutines

ABAQUS Error: Problem during linking - ABAQUS/Standard User Subroutines.
This error may be due to a mismatch in the ABAQUS user subroutine arguments.
These arguments sometimes change from release to release, so user subroutines
used with a previous version of ABAQUS may need to be adjusted.
ABAQUS/Analysis exited with errors
