Bad public user name or password. Database Server Error: SQL Network Interfaces: Error Locating Server/Instance Specified [xFFFFFFFF]. ;

this is the problem when i provide
login name: admin
Password: admin

i have tried my best to get rid of this problem in Primavera p6 after installtion, but i couldnot solve this problem,
if any one know who to get rid of this problem this plz help me.
