Problem with installation Primavera P6.2.1

Good evening to all. I have some problem with the installation of primavera P6. This is the message of error " Bad public user name or password. Database Server Error: SQL Network Interfaces: Error Locating Server/Instance Specified [xFFFFFFFF]."

I have installed P6 as stand alone but when i try to configure the database that message appears me. I have windows Vista.

Could someone help me?
