I don't know for sure but I have never seen any suggestion anywhere that the permeability or saturation flux density of any ferritic material is affected by temperature except near to its Curie point. Nor seen any allowance for temperature in any magnetic circuit analysis or finite element work, except for permanent magnets.
There is some permeability data, with no reference to temperature, on a slightly different grade (lower Nickel content) on Carpenters website:
- about half way down there is a link "Typical Direct Current Magnetic Properties" to a table of permeability values for various conditions, annealed etc.
