API RP 17B friction factor for flexibles

(OP)
I'm currently a long way from home and any reference material, and I've been asked about friction factor in flexible pipe.  I remember (I think!) that API 17B quotes a value of ID(mm)/250 for this; can someone confirm this?  And even give me a paragraph reference (the client is annoying that way)?

Are there any other rules of thumb or friction factor values that poeple have used for flexibles?

Thanks a lot!

RE: API RP 17B friction factor for flexibles

API RP 17B section 7.2.2.1 reads:

[...]Typical values for absolute friction factors are as follows:
Rough bore pipe: ID(mm)/250
Smooth bore pipe: 5 µm
