ZIP UGNX ASSEMBLY

I run NX9 on WIN7 Pro 64bit and I have the issue, receive the error message. command not working,
Can any one having setup for UG Zip Components utility for nx9?
If any one please share.

But in case the downloads are no longer active, I've attached copies of the current files. After downloading the item and before you attempt to extract the files, edit the file extension from .zipper to .zip. You should find everything you need to get set-up and running.
