Writing help files for function procedures 1

I have wriiten a number of function procedures and would like to write help files that can be opened directly from the user form.

I understand that I will need "help authoring software" and a compiler. Having looked on the internet there seem to be dozens of software packages.

Does any one have any recommendations.
