WPS guidance - attaching AR400 liner to Carbon Steel ASME vessel stamped

I saw comments sometime ago from (curlyjackme) re: AR400 use inside of a stamped pressure vessel for a wear plate. Dealing with similar and do not know where to begin as far as a WPS and PQR
any help would be appreciated.
