NOZZLE WELDED TO BLIND FLANGE

Since compress does not allow attaching any nozzles (center or off center) to ASME B16.5 blind flange.
Can I do the calculation with UG-34 cover to easily attach nozzles and in drawings replace it with Standard blind flange?
