WPS for Unlisted Steel to Group II / I Combination as per AWS D1.1

Hi,

As per AWS D.1.1 , a PQR qualified from Any group II to an unlisted steel is also qualifies/covers WPS for Any group I to an unlisted steel?

Note : Unlisted steel will be the same grade steel which was used for PQR qualification.
