Wind speed corresponding to Wind Pressure NBCC 1

Hello,

is anybody familiar with how to arrive at a windspeed km/hr or mph with a corresponding wind pressure? The NBCC, National Building Code of Canada, for example a building that satisfies the use of diagram I-7 (most low storey buildings). The wind pressure is specified. I am trying to find if the building was designed properly and compare to the wind speed that existed at the time the building roof is damaged (which is only wind speed)

You should be able to convert the velocity to a pressure using Bernoulli’s equation. I have, in the past, used the density of air as 1.2929 kg/m^3
