Dear All
How to compute wind load for triangular-shaped building. please provide some reference

Flat roof or sloped?

Really intuitive here. Wind on the flat wall face(s) will govern.

I don't know, Mike...depending on the aspect ratios, this could be really interesting. For a relatively small footprint in a tall building, you could probably get some unusual aerodynamic effects at certain oblique wind directions. But again, no way to know if that matters since "a triangular-shaped building" is singularly non-descriptive.
