I´ve designed a wheel balancing machine.
I need help to understand the vectors action in a L
configuration (two piezoelectrics, one radial and other
axial). I can measure amplitude, phase and velocity of
rotation, but now I need information to calculate the corretion's mass for two plane balancing, using diameter, intern reference and width of wheel.

Thank you for all help !

Check out Bruel and Kjaer. There books are VERY good on this subject.

You need a good book on Rotor Dynamics...Try

I remember doing something similar in school where you place two independant sets of trial masses and do frequency domain amplitude and phase calculation to calculate the influence coefficients and then back out the correct mass and angular position to balance out the two plane rotor.

I have my notes on it if you would like...can scan and email or copy and mail...
