I am working on a project with following water:

Sodium (Na+) mg/l 25,000.0
Carbonate (CO32-) mg/l 12000.0
Sulphate (SO42-) mg/l 1000.0
Chloride (Cl-) mg/l 22000.0
Total Dissolved Solids 70000.0
TSS mg/l 1800.0
pH 12-13
Silica (SiO2) mg/l 5000.0
Insoluble oil (oil & grease) mg/l 100 - 150
Total Organic Carbon: normal mg/l 4000.0
Temperature ºC 90 - 100

Any body have idea what kind of material or lining will have resistance to this water?

Any comment is appreciate

Not sure what you are lining. Try Copon 165 on steel. I believe they have their own website in UK.
