Can someone tell me about the properties of this thermal insulation material? Does anyone know any sources for this?

Any other suggestions for a semi-rigid, but formable material with high thermal barrier characteristics?

My wild a## guess! Possibly this person is thinking of "Isocyanurate" a DOW product. I have seen it in ridged and simi-soft "sponge" form.
A Google search could provide more than he/she needs.
