8" SCH 10 SR 90 ELL A403 WP304L

Nothing. See A-403 There should be a "S" after the 304L.

It's an elbow - default is that it's seamless?? As it's a forging.

correct, according to A403 the description should read as
8" SCH 10 SR 90 ELL A403 WP304L-S
