How is welding of SS to CS different then CS to CS? And how would I determine capacities of fillets welds between the two.

a first crack at it would be to use A36 values and then ratio this value by respective Fy's ie.. .92x30/36=.77 k/in/1/16th....I use .6 k/in/1/16th for 304SS..do not remember where I got this value, though..
