Hi all,
when I look at ASME B31.4 and 31.8, they both refer to both API 1104 AND ASME IX in the welding section. But ASME B31.3 only refers to ASME SECTION IX. I concluded that only asme IX can be used to weld 31.3 facilities.
Is that a right conclusion?
