How can I get the whole weight of the structure in ETABS?

You can do it in two ways.
Display --> Show Tables -> Material List. This gives you various options.

If you want to find the weight of the structure for seismic purposes, then you can do one of two things.

Based on how your mass source is defined (as in what loads contribute to mass), you can show the mass and then multiply by "g" (acc. due to gravity) to get W.

Display --> Show tables --> Mass Data --> Diaphragm mass data or Assembled point mass.

HTH, if you have more specific questions, feel free to ask

Thank you!
I've set the units to "kN-m". So, what would be the unit shown in that table?

The mass would be shown in KN-s2/m = TON and the weight will be shown in KN.

F = M g = KN-s2/m * m/s2 = KN

quick and dirty way is to just view your support reactions under the dead load loading case

KISS (Keep it Simple Stupid)...just add the Uz (Support reactions) that your building dead weight. Cntr+C and it will copy the table to excel.
