Looking for information in regards to water migration through walls of a plastic part.

Any help would be great.

Thanks

Plastics are hygroscopic more or less. Nylon is among the most hygroscopic. If you need bubble tight impermiability, you may have to treat with a compatible coating like urethane. Parts made from cast metal, like valve bodies, have been treated with varnish to make them impermiable. This was common in automotive and other industries.
