What rule does ASME BPVC code sec I impose with respect to wall thinning and flattening of bends in boiler tubings?

It requires the post-bend extrados wall thickness to be at or above minimum design wall thickness, as would be required for straight tube lengths.

and ovality as required for tolerances stated in boiler tube material specifications.
