Hello everyone, I'm seeking manual inspection procedures to verify the dimensions of a tube bending assembly that has been bent not only in the X and Y origins but also in the Z origin. I need to gather information on the bend radius and the rotational turn angle. Any suggestions or procedures you can share would be greatly appreciated."

I've done my research but from anyone with actual experience in the tube bending field, It would help with any direction in best Practice for Inspecting.

Various inspections are carried out: dimensions, thickness reduction, roundness, extreme fiber elongation, .....etc., some before and after bending.

Regards
