Does anyone know where I can get a copy of this? I understand that this was taken over by AISC and NSBA. The current edition is found here:

However I often see it referenced in other manuals and articles, even MDX references it. I'd just like to figure out how to get a copy of one of the older editions.

You're welcome. Essentially you have the entire 1986 manual. There are still four more publications to go. Two were later supplements to the manual (V-load analysis and wind bracing). There's also a publication on web penetrations and one on box girder construction.
