using rebar in O-Cell

Do I need to design the rebar for the O-Cell test pile socketed in rock or are the pair of C5 steel channel (o cell carrying cage) along with the concrete which is under compression enough to carry the test load to failure at around 5,000 kip?

Frame is enough, no need for additional rebar, for the sake of load test.
