Punching shear in etabs (Also safe)

Hello , I have been trying lately to design my foundations in etabs or safe but the issue is the punching shear value is so huge when foundation becomes a raft or combined . Also, i noticed that the moment sometime is not considered logical at all . I will attach a small etabs model if someone please can check if really those punching values and M11,M22 are true and if I really did something wrong. Thanks !
