Hello,

Does anyone know what this callout means ?

Link

Any references to where it's defined will be appreciate it.

Thank you.

apekas,

Those things on the right appear to be orientation plane indicators, defined in ISO 1101. They seem to serve a purpose similar to ASME Y14.5 bidirectional positional tolerancing.

I'm far from an expert on the ISO side of things, so you probably shouldn't consider this a definitive answer.

pylfrm,

Thanks a lot for the information!!

I searched, and I found more info related to these ISO symbols.

Thank you again.

How can this feature be perpendicular to A and also parallel to it?

In absence of Diameter indicator this is, most likely, bi-directional position tolerance.
So, one direction across the river and the other parallel :-)

I agree it is bi-directional tolerating. See ISO 1101:2017 page 90 for the details
