Ultimate Limit State

Hi,

Currently I am getting into structures after years of pure civil work and I am to check the design in the ultimate limit state of a simple rectangular bridge deck unit. Has anyone got any hints about how to go about this?

Sounds like you need to do a refresher course on concrete design if you need to ask!
