UHMWPE alternative 1

I am trying to find materials with similar properties to UHMWPE but are less expensive.
Impact resistance, low coefficient of friction and abrasion resistance are all important material properties.

The use is for the top layer of impact bars as used with heavy duty conveyors. The material is bonded to rubber.

Here are two products that might meet your requirements. Vydyne Nylon and a RIM Urethane.
Vydyne will be least expensive and some of the products form a an excellent bond with some rubber materials.
