U-bends post bend heat treatment

Hello
Can you help me to find requirements for u-bends pdht in heat exchangers acc to ASME VIII div 1 ? I have tubes with o.d. 25 x 2,6 mm and radius 37,5 mm. Material is P265GH acc to European Norm. I found some information in this ASME, but I lost it.

You need to determine IF you need post-bending HT.
It needs to be coordinated with the original HT of the tubes.
(for example, if they were normalized and tempered then you would want to use the same temper temperature)
