hi there,
I am just wondering if any users have carried out a two-way heat transfer analysis? I want to apply a heat source to a piece of wire in ansys simulation and take into account the convection currents surrounding it from CFX. I can see that it is possible to apply a 'cfx temperature' as a load in simulation although this must be imported as a 'results' file which i presume would mean that this is a one-way interaction? It is not possible to apply a 'fluid-solid interface' in a heat transfer analysis (that is, it doesn't appear to be possible...).
Thanks for any advice,
m.
