Trying to cut some powder coated 12 to 18 gauge.

Not cutting well at this point. Lots of dross and melting. Anyone with some suggestions....Using a 1500 mazak with the smart 3 system ,by the way...Thanx

Usually I will etch the part w/low power to burn thru the paint then i will cut it at a slightly slower speed than normal.
