Tolerance option dimension off or unable

Are there any config_pro option that allows edit tolerance dimensions, because I can´t do this.

When I try to add limits tolerance to dimensions from "dimension properties" dialog box, "Tolerance option" is shown off or unable.

I want add limit tolerances in some dimensions and I can´t.
Please help me!

tol_display yes
or just enable tols in the environment settings.

You might also want to set:
tol_mode nominal
Otherwise all dims will have tolerances - must be set prior to making features.
