THHN 16AWG Diameter?

Can anyone tell me the outer diameter for THHN 16AWG? My NEC book only goes down to 14AWG.

The closest equivalent for 16AWG fixture wire is TFN solid; TFFN stranded.

THHN is only readily available down to 14awg.....16awg and lower are manufactured as TFFN....for most manufacturers is actually the same insualtion and elastomeric cover, being that most wires are valued as more than one category.
Also, you will see the insulation value rise to 105C
