Hi all polymer people.
I'm on my first step designing a piece by thermo and or vacuum forming.
I need to make a cabinet or pan about 450 mm length 300 mm wide 120 mm deep , with 20 mm flange all arround .
My main concern is about minumun fillet radious and angle scape.
It will be made with High impact Polietylene 1 to 1.5 mm thick.
