Thermal barrier

Hello,

I am trying to measure the temperatures within an oven with a "Datapaq-logger" which goes within a so called thermal barrier and can travel through the oven. The oven has a temperature of 800 degrees and its conveyor takes around 10 minute from input to output side.

My logger (thermal barrier) can take only 800 degrees onder 210 seconds and I need to extend this capability up to 10 minutes. My question is if anyone knows a supplier who can supply me additional thermal barriers with this capability. maybe I can put my barrier within another vault and by doing so extend the duration.

What about cooling the barrier, or placing a highly reflective covering around it?

Is you temperature 800° F or C?

Yes it is centigrade (C).
