Swept library feature

Is it possible to define a swept-boss/base with a spline as path for a library file. The sketch should be on a plane at the end of the path-spline [plane on curve/perpendicular]. Furthermore there should be more configurations available within the lib-file. I get some errors. Any help out there?

I will also attach my tries utill now.
