Using V5 having problems with the creation of drawings of surfaces. No boundaries are showing. Is there a setting under options I have to check.

Surface representation in 2d drawings

I have V5R11SP4 and I get the surface edges when I make a drawing.
We've noticed some problems with generating drawings from surfaces; biggest problem is lines/curves that we hide/show to clean-up the drawing come back when the drawing is updated.
Also, most surface edges project as a bunch of little lines. I wonder if you need to change your tool options to see the lines?
Do solids work OK?
