Here is offshore oil field, wellstream oil (water cut :93%) contain higt h2s(1%) and SRB (10-100 per ml), and about 40ppm co2. after 5 years production, our process (FPSO) got lots of leaking at pipeline and valve, specially produce water line . we inject 30ppm corrosion inhibitor to downhole,and everymonth SRB treatment by biocide.
