I'm looking for planning-level estimates of lifecycle costs per mile for streetlights. This is for a benefit/cost analysis. Anything useful would be appreciated.

My glass has a v/c ratio of 0.5

Maybe the tyranny of Murphy is the penalty for hubris. -
