stoping aluminiun ageing

How is call a heat (cool) treatment for alumniniun, when after heated and quenched in water, it shall be put in a refrigeration chamber at a very low temp , at least -29ºC , to stop the Al. ageing.
Material thicknes is about 0.125"

It is to sustain the AS QUENCHED state .
