Steel Connection problems in Etabs

How can one design a COLUMN SPLICE connection and GUSSET PLATE connection for connecting braces to columns or connecting truss members in a steel structure designed using ETABS OR is there any other alternative software.

As far as I know, no, connections are to be designed externally

There is a good software for connections called Limcon.
I think you will find there what you want.
